All-Russian day of citizen
According to the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation on Constitution Day of the Russian Federation on December 14, 12.00 till 20.00 in the bodies of local government and local authorities will be held nationwide day of citizens’ reception.
The reception will be held at the Ministry Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan at Kazan, Peterburgskaya street, 12
The competence of the Ministry of sports of the Republic of Tatarstan includes following issues:
∙Implementation of regional programs in the field of physical culture
∙ Implementation of regional projects in the field of physical culture
∙ Organization of official regional sports and recreational events
∙ Conducting regional official sports events
∙Ensuring the preparation of sports national teams of subjects of the Russian Federation
∙ Ensuring the preparation of sports national teams of subjects of the Russian Federation among persons with disabilities
∙ Improvement of children’s health
∙ Organization of official regional sports and recreational events

Information on holding a nationwide day of reception of citizens on the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation on 14 December
In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation is annually held all-Russian day of reception of citizens at noon (12.00) to 20.00 local time at the Reception of the President of the Russian Federation for the reception of citizens in Moscow, reception of the President of the Russian Federation in Federal districts and in administrative centers of subjects of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – reception of the President of the Russian Federation, Federal bodies of Executive authority and the relevant territorial bodies, Federal government bodies and the respective territorial bodies, in Executive bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation (further – state bodies) and local authorities.
From noon 12.00 minutes to 20.00 local time state authorities or local authorities bodies, authorized persons of these bodies and carry out personal reception of applicants. The reception is provided to applicants, who came to the suitable reception of the President of the Russian Federation with the consent of the applicants of their personal appeal via video-conferencing, video, audio or other types of communication to the authorized persons of other bodies, whose competence includes the solution in oral applications questions. Personal reception is held in a queue upon submission of a document certifying the identity (passport).
In case authorized persons of bodies carrying out the personal reception of applicants, not provided, taking into account time zones, the possibility of personal appeals by applicants via video-conferencing, video, audio or other types of communication to the authorized persons of the bodies, whose competence includes the solution in oral applications questions, within 7 working days after nationwide day of reception of citizens or in other convenient for the data of the applicants time will be provided the opportunity of a personal appeal to the relevant authorized persons. About the time, date and venue of the reception via video-conferencing, video, audio or other data when the applicants are informed within 3 working days after nationwide day of reception of citizens.
By decision of the relevant state bodies and bodies of local self-government can be carried out pre-registration of applicants for the personal reception in the all-Russian day of reception of citizens.
