Taekwando Tournament: the results of the second day

Second day of European Taekwando Qualification Tournament for 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London is over. Today’s competition was held in 3 categories: women – 57 kg, men – 68 kg and men above 80 kg.

Dragana Gladovic from Serbia conquered gold medal. Suvi Mikkonen from Finland is second. Marlene Harnois from France is third.


The results for men up to 68 kg are as follows: Damir Fejzic from Serbia is first, Michal Loniewski from Poland is second, Hryhorii Husarov from the Ukraine is third.

And the winners among men above 80 kg are the following athletes. Bahri Tanrikulu from Turkey is first. Carlo Molfetta from Italy is second. Ivan Trajkovic from Slovenia is third.

All these athletes get the ticket for Olympic Games for their countries and they all go to London this summer. Tomorrow is the last day of the tournament.

The competition will be held in 3 categories: men – 80 kg, women – 67 kg and women above 67 kg.
