Timur Timerzyanov wins Salavat Cup in Naberezhnye Chelny again

 The Salavat Cup 16th winter track race on Sunday finished in Naberezhnye Chelny. The Salavat Cup is the only charity motorsport event in Russia, the entrance fees and part of the prize pool being given over to the local orphanage.

The competition’s main prize, Salavat Cup, was won by Timur Timerzyanov. Timur last year won the award as well.

At the official opening, the sportsmen and fans were welcomed by the city’s mayor Vasil Shaikhraziev and competition organiser, Distinguished Artiste of Russia, Salavat Fatkhutdinov.
