"Universiade 2013 Dictionary" is put together in Kazan

"Universiade 2013 Dictionary" was put together by Executive Directorate "Kazan 2013" and FISU International Education Center, using the official terminology of XXVII World Summer Universiade.

The glossary lists 50 sections, including 920 terms in 50 functional areas of Executive Directorate "Kazan 2013" and 80 general terms about Universiade, providing detailed definitions in Russian and English.

The dictionary aims to unify the Games' terminology and to facilitate understanding between international colleagues.

85 copies of Universiade 2013 Dictionary were published and sent out to the heads of Executive Directorate's functional areas.

According to Media Department of Executive Directorate "Kazan 2013", the dictionary will also be presented to FISU representatives as an educational heritage of Universiades and International University Sports Federation.
