Participants of Kazan 2013 Observer Programme come to Kazan

“The Kazan 2013 Observer Programme seems to be eventful. Totally, 35 events are planned: seminars and functional meetings during which the representatives of the functional areas of the Executive Directorate of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan will give full information about their tasks, answer all questions from the participants; the tours to the competition and non-competition facilities of the Summer Universiade; the observers will be able to see the internal organisation of the Games, to live a day as an athlete and a spectator, to attend the opening of the FISU Conference and the Universiade Museum.

As was reported earlier, the Kazan 2013 Observer Programme is implemented by the Executive Directorate of the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan together with FISU and the FISU International Education Centre (FISU IEC) for the first time and probably will become a traditional event held during each successive Universiade.
