Great Britain women's football team takes Universiade gold

The Great Britain women's football team earned gold medals at the Summer Universiade in Kazan.
Great Britain defeated its opponent, Mexico, with a score of 6:2. Bronze medals went to Brazil, which beat South Africa, 2:1.
The Russians placed 9th in the overall team standings.
