Russian football team confidently wins against Israel

Not being able to make their fans happy in the first time, Russian team started scoring in the second one. 5 minutes into the time, Berezutski went forward, dribbling the ball, passed to the partner and made a bounce shot himself – 1:0.

A couple of minutes later, Kokorin doubled the team’s advantage with a most impressive one-touch shot from outside the penalty box.

On the 73rd minute, Dzagoev hit Zahavi’s hand with a ball, and the referee pointed at the penalty spot immediately. Roman Shirokov walked up to the ball and… shot at the cross bar! Denis Glushakov managed to save the chance for Russian team, hovering up the rebound – 3:0.

Hence, the Russian team confidently won the match and returned to the first place in its group. The team is still due to play two away legs – against Luxemburg and Azerbaijan.
