Youth for a Clean City and We Will Do It Together ecological campaigns were held in Naberezhnye Chelny simultaneously.
An eco-party took place at the quay and Centralnaya street. The first participants arrived at 9 a.m., whilst at 1 p.m., they were replaced by the city’s public organizations which cleaned the street and the quay within the yearly Youth for a Clean City campaign.
According to Polina Tryanina, Head Expert of Direction for Education and Youth Affairs, over 400 garbage bags were collected. 300 people took part in the clean-up.
Every participant was supplied with gloves, garbage bags and bandanas.
