Kul Sharif mosque climbs down to 18th line of Russia 10 project ranking

The Kul Sharif mosque ranks 18th in the Russia 10 project. To make it to the top ten, the Kazan sight has two and a half weeks.

One of the Tatarstan’s symbols was in the final round of voting given 313 thousand votes. Last week the mosque was on the 17th line.

A total of 30 architectural, landscape and cultural assets vie for the right to get to the list of country’s top ten sites. The favourite sight can be supported on the web and through SMS voting with the text ’15’ at number 1880.

Voting has since last week been held according to new rules. At most 3 votes for 5 sights, worthy of becoming winners, are allowed to be sent in one day from one IP address. The numbers of 5 various sites need to be sent SMS messages to, to cast a vote. Only one message is allowed at the final stage.
