UNICS defeats VEF with a new coach

In the third test match of Lithuanian training, Andrea Trinchieri, UNICS’ new head coach, was leading his team for the first time.
Kazan club dominated over VEF Riga, particularly in the first three quarters, whilst their defense was also strong. UNICS players made 14 threes out of 25 attempts. According to the team’s press service, the two-point success rate was also high – 76%.
UNICS will play the next test match against Zalgiris in Kaunas.
UNICS – VEF – 104:60 (30:13, 31:6, 24:11, 19:30). Goudelock – 18 points, Harangody – 17, Kolesnikov – 16.
