Team Russia U19 will compete with Ukraine, Malta and Estonia for qualifying to the next stage of the tournament. The full review of all qualifying groups can be found at the UEFA website. Dmitry Ulyanov’s squad (players born in or after 1995) shall finish as the group winners or runners-up to ensure the participation in the elite round of the UEFA European U19 Championship 2014.
