Upon completion of the training programme on October 15, volunteers will have full knowledge of what their duties are, who they should address with this or that issue, where their workplaces and venue volunteer headquarters are located, etc.
During the Games, the representatives of Kazan will work as volunteer managers at the competition and non-competition venues to ensure the timely and high-level delivery of necessary services to volunteers and to help them stay in a good mood and a positive mind set every day.
