The 2015 Kazan World Aquatics Championships Organizing Committee set up

Dmitry Medvedev, Russian Prime Minister, signed a decree on setting up the Organizing Committee for XVI Aquatics Championships Preparation and Organization in Kazan in 2015.
According to the document on the Government's website, the organizing committee is to develop and approve the plan of main preparation events in three months.
Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is tasked with providing free visas to journalists and the Championships' honored guests.
XV World Aquatics Championships will take place in Kazan in 2015. The event will involve 2,500 athletes from 210 countries competing for 70 sets of medals.
