Tatarstan Arm Wrestling Championship takes place in Kazan

Tatarstan Arm Wrestling Championship including individual and team events among boys and girls born in 1996-1997 and in 1998-1999 took place in Kazan from the 25th to the 27th of October.
13 teams counting 262 athletes from Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, Arsk, Tyulachi, Mamadysh and other Tatarstan municipalities participated in the tournament.
Athletes from Chistopol won the team event among boys and girls born in 1996-1997. Baltasi region came second, Nizhnekamsk team - third. In the 1998-1999 category, Agryz ranked first, followed by Chistopol and Mamadysh region, says Tatarstan Ministry for Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism.
