Krasnoyarsk to host 2019 Winter Universiade. Part 1

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the FISU Executive Committee meeting to give his support to Russia's bidder for the 29th Winter Universiade - Krasnoyarsk.
Krasnoyarsk has been feeling Kazan's support in its bid to host the 29th Winter Universiade in 2019, R-Sport quoted Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Lev Kuznetsov as saying. The FISU Executive Committee, which gathered in Brussels on Saturday, attributed the 2019 Winter Universiade 2019 to Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The USSR and Russia earlier hosted only two Summer Universiades: in Moscow in 1973 and in Kazan in 2013.
