Krasnoyarsk to host 2019 Winter Universiade. Part 2

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave a speech at the FISU Executive Committee in Brussels, Belgium. The press service of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan reported that currently the President is on a visit to Brussels as part of Russia's official delegation to participate in the presentation of Krasnoyarsk as the candidate city for the 2019 Winter Universiade.
