Krasnoyarsk to host 2019 Winter Universiade. Part 4

Minnikhanov reminded that the idea of ​​the Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan was welcomed by citizens and the FISU delegates who arrived Kazan with a number of inspection visits saw more than once how enthusiastic the locals are.  

"In addition to the modernised sports and urban infrastructure, we have gained vast experience in hosting major international sporting events," said Rustam Minnikhanov.
