Oleg Matytsin congratulates President of Tatarstan on ISEM international award

President of Russian Student Sport Union, Oleg Matytsin, has congratulated President of Tatarstan on Kazan being awarded the ISEM sports management international prize, reports the presidential press service.
“The giving of an award this high testifies to Kazan being globally recognised as one of the world’s four sports capitals,” reads the message.
