Best Universiade 2013 preparation specialists celebrated in Kazan. Part 1

Specialists from various authorities, enterprises, associations and municipal services, who distinguished themselves, during the preparation for and holding of 27th Universiade, were earlier in the day celebrated at the Kazan City Hall.
Opening the ceremony, mayor Ilsur Metshin said that those gathered in the hall represented various occupations and industry branches. “But we all are united by one thing: we organised the holding of Universiade 2013,” he said.
