A concert programme was offered to the guests of the ceremony. Laureate of national and international singing competiton, Aidar Suleimanov, performed a song, titled 'Kazan', while finalist of the competition for the best song about Kazan and the 27th World University Games, Maria Semyonova, sang a song called 'Universiade'.
