University sports stars recognised in Moscow. Part 5

A special prize for the contribution to the development of university sports was handed to Russia's Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko. The awards for the development of university sports movement in Russia were also bestowed upon the Minister of Youth Affairs, Sports and Tourism Rafis Burganov, Head of the Moscow Department of Physical Culture and Sport Aleksey Vorobyov, and Minister of Sports of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Gulyaev.
