Russian Short Course Swimming Championship kicks off in Kazan. Part 4

As we reported earlier, 50 judges, 15 of them are from Tatarstan, will officiate the Russian Short Course Swimming Championship. This swimming event is a qualifier for the European Short Course Swimming Championships in Herning (Denmark) and Russia’s best swimmers will gather in Kazan.
For five days Russia's top athletes will have been competing in 40 medal events. The tournament will help determine best swimmers who will show highest results in accordance with the FINA Points Table. The team total will be defined by the number of medals won by team members in individual events and relays.

Jeddah city in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has hosted a "Fitness Diploma" for the first time, run under the supervision of Fitness Pioneers Academy and Dar Al - Hekma University representing the Saudi Side while Kazan Cooperative University from the Republic of Tatarstan has represented the Russian Side.

Anastasia Fesikova, representing Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Kaluga Oblast, took gold in the 50m backstroke race at the Russian Short Course Swimming Championship in Kazan (26.94).
