Russian Short Course Swimming Championship kicks off in Kazan. Part 9

Please note that there will also be autograph sessions with athletes ahead of the championship.
Presidents of regional swimming federations will meet on November 16 to discuss issues of swimming development in the regions.
A swimming judges seminar will be held on November 18. Over 70 judges from federal districts of Russia will take part in it. Honorary Secretary of the FINA Technical Swimming Committee, Søren Korbo, will be a speaker at the seminar. The main topic of the seminar is changes to the FINA swimming rules, which were adopted during the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona.

Jeddah city in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has hosted a "Fitness Diploma" for the first time, run under the supervision of Fitness Pioneers Academy and Dar Al - Hekma University representing the Saudi Side while Kazan Cooperative University from the Republic of Tatarstan has represented the Russian Side.

Anastasia Fesikova, representing Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Kaluga Oblast, took gold in the 50m backstroke race at the Russian Short Course Swimming Championship in Kazan (26.94).
