“Tatarstan cooperates with Turkey in many areas, including fuel, energy, machine building, glass manufacturing, wood processing, car making and more. We have solved the tasks set at the initial stage of our cooperation, trade with Turkey totalling $1 billion. Republic of Turkey ranks first by the number of joint ventures with foreign capital, registered in Tatarstan. The amount of Turkish investments in the republic has totalled $1,5 billion. The economic interest in Tatarstan on the part of Turkish partners increasingly grows,” enhanced Tatarstan Prime Minister, Ildar Khalikov. He expressed confidence in that Turkish investors would display an interest in new investment projects, implemented in Tatarstan, primarily Innopolis and Smart City Kazan.
