Russian Short Course Championship: Svetlana Chimrova sets record in women's 100m butterfly. Part 1

The final day of the Russian Short Course Swimming Championship in Kazan was highlighted with 6 national junior records and one national senior record set by Moscow's Svetlana Chimrova in the women's 100m butterfly event - 57.35. The silver medal in the same event went to Daria Tsvetkova of the Altai Krai (58.49), with Alina Kashinskaya of the Sverdlovsk Oblast claiming bronze (59.13).
It's the second time that Svetlana Chimrova climbs the top step of the podium as she takes her second national title at this Russian Championship. She achieved her second record in the women's 50m butterfly event.
