Rafis Burganov awarded the Kazan2013 Executive Directorate staff. Part 2

The meeting with the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate staff began with the observance of a minute of silence in remembrance of the victims of the plane crash which occurred just over a week ago in Kazan. "We are all mourning this enormous tragedy; each victim is a huge loss for all of us. I must mention that among those on board the crashed airplane was General Antonov, who had contributed greatly to providing security at the Kazan Universiade", noted Rafis Burganov.
