VC Zenit on verge of winning championship of Russia

On April 27, Zenit Kazan whitewashed Belogorie Belgorod in the third match of the Russian championship’s final series.

This is the second victory of Vladimir Alekno’s team in the series. Thus, to confirm the title of Russian Champion, Zenit have to win only one game. 
It should be recalled that Zenit lost to Belogorie the first match and reached the willed victory over its rival next meeting, being behind with a score of 0:2.

The fourth match of the playoffs will be held on April 28 in Kazan.
