Yet another awards ceremony was held in the Kazan City Hall today to acknowledge the contributions of all those involved in the staging of the 2013 Summer Universiade. He presented letters of commendation of Kazan, letters of commendation of the Executive Committee and Kazan Mayor's letters of gratitude to the people who have made a significant contribution to the preparation and delivery of the World University Games in Kazan.
