First Deputy Director General of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate, Azat Kadyrov, was appointed as Acting Director General of the organisation. As we reported earlier, the Supervisory Board of FC Rubin has unanimously chosen Vladimir Leonov, who previously served as Director General of the of the Executive Directorate for the 27th Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan, as the football club's next chief executive officer.
The appointment of Azat Kadyrov as Acting Director General was carried out in accordance with the Charter of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate.
The 39-year-old Azat Kadyrov has been working as the First Deputy Director General of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate since December 2009. Previously, he worked in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Azat Kadyrov graduated from two universities: Kazan State Technological University with a major in State and Municipal Management, and State Management University with a major in Opponent Sports Management.
