Efimova announced that she would like to swim out of 30 seconds on 50m breaststroke

The Russian athlete Yuliya Efimova said that she wants to finally swim out of 30 seconds in the 50 m breaststroke and hopes to make it at the FINA World Championship in Barcelona.

On Tuesday, Efimova won the third gold medal in Kazan, winning in the 50m with the time of 30.12 seconds. This is a new Universiade record.

"On the trainings, I swim 50 meters for 10 times by 31 seconds, and the time here is a little bit faster, I want to go much faster, and finally swim out of 30 seconds. Then I will watch and analyze this heat. I would like to believe that everything happens at the World Championship," Efimova told to the reporters of R-Sport. On Tuesday, Efimova will also take part in the 4x100 m medley relay.
