Rafis Burganov also underlined that the Universiade gave unique priceless experience to each member of Kazan 2013 team, in particular, of the 2013 Games Directorate and to the whole of Tatarstan: "It is not by chance that, virtually straight after the completion of the Universiade, we were approached by the organisers of a number of major events at the same time who asked for experienced organisers' help. So you got an opportunity to successfully work at the World Combat Games in St. Petersburg. As early as next year, we will be hosting together about 15 major sporting events here in our home city of Kazan, including senior European and World Championships. Hence, your experience truly constitutes the legacy of the Kazan Universiade."
