The project provided three shows per day and volunteers were involved in each of them. Event services volunteers helped spectators get around the venue and showed them to their seats. Ticket volunteers greeted visitors in the entrance hall and scanned their e-tickets. The volunteers have contributed a total of 2,160 hours. Around 45,000 spectators watched a show.
A traditional meeting of volunteers with three-time Olympic champion Maria Kiseleva took place at the end of the project. The world-known synchro swimmer gave thumbs up to the boys and girls' efforts in staging the event, thanked them and handed commendation letters. During her speech, Maria noted that 'with each coming year the show team's work in Kazan is getting more and more well-coordinated'.
