FINA World Championships 2015 presented to trainees of sports schools in Kazan

The 16th FINA World Championships were the main theme of an awareness-raising event that took place in sports schools of Kazan. The meeting was hosted by participants of the Personnel Reserve Republican Project and the Executive Directorate for Sports Projects.

Presentations were held in press centres of the Central Stadium and Miras Sports Complex, as well as in the Arena Teen Club. Young athletes were provided with an insight into the history of FINA World Championships, biographies of swimming celebrities and the origin of water sports, and learned about unique peculiarities of this summer's international aquatics event. 

Those boys and girls who were most active during the meeting and winners of themed quizzes received branded merchandise and tickets to the FINA World Championships events. 

According to the organisers, the awareness-raising event was designed to expand the audience of the upcoming mega aquatics event and to inspire young athletes to pursue their dreams and to win.
