The tournament will serve as another test event ahead of the 2015 FINA World Championships and FINA World Masters Championships and will bring together divers from the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg and such regions of the Russian Federation as the Moscow Oblast, Penza Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Saratov Oblast and others.
Competitors will perform dives from 1-metre and 3-metre springboards and a 10-metre platform.
Based on the results of the Russian Diving Championships, Russia's coaching staff will form the national team roster for the first European Olympic Games in Baku (AZE) and 16th FINA World Championships in Kazan (RUS).
