Russia's minister of sport Vitaly Mutko arrives in Kazan

During his two-day visit to Kazan, the Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation will take a tour of competition venues and meet with FINA executives.

The Minister of Sport will inspect all competition venues - the Kazan Arena Stadium, Kazanka Venue, Aquatics Palace, and Water Polo Arena - and evaluate their readiness for the competitions. 

In addition, Vitaly Mutko will participate in the FINA Congress and have meetings with FINA President, Julio C. Maglione, and FINA Executive Director, Cornel Marculescu. A meeting with Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC), will also take place.
