Tatarstan tennis player gains ticket to Rio Olympics

Tatarstan tennis player, Alexander Shibayev, will participate in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Alexander Shibayev, the leader of the Russian men's table tennis team, won the license for the games. He took part in the Olympic qualifying tournament in table tennis in Sweden. The Tatarstan athlete secured a part in competitions at Rio, defeating Slovak Jan Van in five sets.
Shibayev became the second Russian participant of the Olympic Games in table tennis.
