Contest launched to create mascot for Worldskills competition

A contest is underway to create a mascot for the 45th WorldSkills Competition 2019 in Kazan, Russia. The acceptance of projects was initiated today, on 16 November, 2016, and will continue until 2 December, 2016. The winner whose name will be determined by the jury will receive a prize worth 100 thousand roubles*.

Requirements for creating a mascot are simple: it must facilitate skills development reflecting cultural and national peculiarities of Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Design projects will be accepted via wskazan2019@dspkazan.com from 16 November to 2 December, 2016. Preselection will be held from 3 to 23 December, 2016. This stage includes voting on the official website which will determine 5 best projects, and the winner selection (whose name will be determined by the jury).
