Worldskills Kazan 2019 presented at student educational forum

Last weekend, the participants of the Student Government SPO 2.0 session took part in the interactive presentation of Worldskills Kazan 2019.

During the presentation, the audience learned about the opportunity to get closer to the organisational hub of the world level competition and find themselves in the backstage of the international event by joining the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Volunteer Team.

The presentation of the event and its volunteer programme featured an interactive networking. The participants asked a great number of questions on the volunteer programme, starting with the selection criteria and functional responsibilities and ending with volunteer services and future perspectives for the movement in the educational institutions.

The discussion of terms of applying wrapped up the meeting. According to the Volunteers Department of ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects”, the application process for volunteers will start in September 2017. Volunteers from around the globe will have a chance to fill in the application form at http://volunteers.dspkazan.com/ and join the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 team.

Student Educational Forum 2017 is an open platform for networking and discussions. Its participants enroll in educational programmes, acquire up-to-date applied knowledge, obtain project and team management skills, and engage in sporting and cultural events.

About 1,000 students and university entrants from Tatarstan regions and cities participate in the Forum this year.
