The unique project of the FISU International Education Centre (FISU IEC) designed to store and transfer the Universiade legacy is actively expanding its collection and will soon introduce an exhibition featuring winter sports items.
"For us it's a pleasure, but for them it's a double pleasure because it's a rare chance for them to visit some place, to see something, to go somewhere," said the organiser of the museum, Head of the Knowledge Management Department of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate, Yulia Raynvayn.
Children of the Gavroche Social Shelter, aged between 7 and 15 years, also took a tour of the Universiade Museum.
The Universiade Museum is one of the most unusual and vibrant places to be visited not only by guests of the republic and the city, but also by citizens of Kazan. Huge work is carried out to attract different groups of people to the museum.
"Russia has fully lived up to your expectations," said the President of Tatarstan, addressing the members of the FISU Executive Committee.
Minnikhanov reminded that the idea of ​​the Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan was welcomed by citizens and the FISU delegates who arrived Kazan with a number of inspection visits saw more than once how enthusiastic the locals are. 
The Tatarstan President reminded that in July 2013 Kazan has successfully hosted the 27th World University Summer Games.
