The Universiade Village has opened its doors to athletes one week before the start of the 27th Summer Universiade.
On 29 June, the main symbol of the Universiade, which has already travelled through more than half of Tatarstan's districts, brought joy to the residents of three towns – Bolshaya Atnya, Vysokaya Gora and Pestretsy.
"Universiade 2013 Dictionary" was put together by Executive Directorate "Kazan 2013" and FISU International Education Center, using the official terminology of XXVII World Summer Universiade.
The final gala-concert of II International Festival of Sacred Music "Music of Faith" will take place on the open-air Pushechniy courtyard of Kazan Kremlin within the Cultural Universiade framework on the 7th of July.
They will be shown in the course of the amateur, youth and student film festival, titled 'I Choose Sport!', from June 8 to 12 in the Mir Cinema. The event will be a part of the Cultural Universiade programme.
They will be shown at the Ekiyat Tatar State Puppet Theatre in the course of the 27th Summer Universiade.
“We are present at a very important event today. We are honouring 10-time Russian Champions. This is a great success of Tatarstan team, its coach, sponsors and fans. It is our common victory,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
