For three days, famous Shishkin ponds  have turned  into a huge festive playground with fair rows, during the days of fair an All-Russian festival of bell ringing will  be held in Yelabuga likewise.
The Spass Fair has this year beaten its historical record, bringing together 876 merchants from 136 cities.
